1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account or using any service provided by mcb66, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and mcb66 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the mcb66 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are announced will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

2 User Eligibility

The mcb66 platform may only be used by individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not legally represented by a guardian or custodian for gambling purposes.
• Not an employee, partner or immediate family member of an mcb66 employee.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or gambling restriction in any jurisdiction.
• Registering on their own behalf only, not on behalf of another person.

mcb66 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts that cannot verify age eligibility will be suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one mcb66 account. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different name, email address, phone number or payment details, is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your identification card, an active mobile number and a valid email address. Inaccurate information may prevent account verification and withdrawal processing.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, please contact our support team via live chat or email immediately.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

mcb66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM20. All deposits are processed automatically. mcb66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may apply their own fees which are outside our control.

The account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the player. Third-party deposits are not permitted and related funds may be held until verification is complete.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes once the request is verified. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on technical conditions or verification requirements.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, except in certain circumstances that require an alternative method. mcb66 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the player's name.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus withdrawals are permitted.
• Balances obtained through fraudulent activity are not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

mcb66 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM200, giving a total balance of RM300. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus value — meaning RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits, for example a deposit of RM1,600 will receive the maximum bonus of RM1,500, giving a balance of RM3,100. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

The mcb66 VIP programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each offering different weekly cashback rates. Bronze tier is eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. VIP tier upgrades depend on a player's level of activity and loyalty over time.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the mcb66 platform are operated by licensed third-party software that has been independently audited. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, mcb66 will return the bet amount to the player's account. Any winnings recorded during an unverified system disruption will not be credited until an internal investigation is complete.

mcb66 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any game at any time. These limits will be clearly displayed within the relevant game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct and Use

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the mcb66 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to exploit games.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing others to play using your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud and bonus abuse.
• Using arbitrage or hedging techniques specifically designed to guarantee profit without risk.
• Providing misleading information during the identity verification process.
• Launching any cyber attack against the mcb66 platform infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where appropriate.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the mcb66 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all active conditions must be met and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.

mcb66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account has violated these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or operated in breach of applicable laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

mcb66 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

The maximum liability of mcb66 to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

The mcb66 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

11 Amendment of Terms

mcb66 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on our official website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Notice of significant amendments will be sent to the user's registered email address or displayed prominently on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

mcb66 operates under a valid international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by the licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
